Close the lid and wait, this should take around 6 to 8 minutes, during this time, you should see the pan steaming up, and hear sizzling. However, Timing can vary depending on the size of your pan, OBSERVATION is KEY\u003cbr\u003e6. Observe once the water is close to drying up, drop in another small amount of water, close the lip and continue to wait. \u003cbr\u003e7. Shake the pan a little bit and wiggle the dumplings around, flip them up and down if you wish as long as your pan is non-stick \u003cbr\u003e8. Once water completely dry up, apply another one or two drizzle of oil then turn off the heat. \u003cbr\u003e9. They should be kinda bouncy when they are ready\u003cbr\u003e10.
